Give Your Gift is a two week online program about discovering a new, joyful, energizing relationship to work and projects. It’s focused on fun service projects, a practical approach to iteratively discovering what you enjoy, what you excel at, and how you can benefit the world. Ultimately, these projects will lead you towards what we call your vow—your calling or life purpose—what you came here to do.
Fun Service Projects:
- feel like play, not a grind
- give you life energy, instead of draining you
- are something you enjoy and look forward to, rather than dread and avoid
- use all your talents, not just some of them
- help you to grow, not stagnate
- genuinely benefit others, rather than being something everyone ignores
- serve the world, rather than harm it
It’s not about sacrificing yourself for the benefit of others, or simply having fun for pleasure and entertainment—it’s about using your gifts in a way that you enjoy and the world needs.
Give Your Gift is designed for:
- quirked-up, weird, possibly neurodivergent people with abundant talents, skills, and gifts, who are missing a clear context or projects to bring their full selves to
- employees with a 9-5 whose jobs and careers make them feel dead inside
- burned-out tech workers who dropped out of the rat race for months and years of sabbatical
- confused people who wish the inscrutable exhortations of their soul were just a tad bit more scrutable
- emergent heroes with a quiet, insistent sense that they have far more to give, who would hope their work and lives benefit the world
You’ll find projects that you enjoy, work that you grow through doing, and move towards living a life that serves the world.
How it works
Give Your Gift will put you on a path to doing work and projects that you deeply enjoy, that you grow through doing, that make the world a better place.

Session 1: Choose a Quest: learn about what a fun service project is, generate possible project ideas that fit five key qualities

Session 2: Clarify Your Values: find your core values that you can steer by when making life choices or deciding what projects to take on

Session 3: Find Your Vow: learn about what a vow (life purpose, mission) is, begin to tell a compelling story about what you are here to do

Session 4: Map Your Journey: use the Quest Map to plot a course for how you’ll act on your newfound sense of who you are and what you are here to do
Each session will include:
- brief emotional check-ins to land in the session
- a short talk with new information and perspectives
- one or more exercises to interactively practice and internalize the ideas
- time to share and reflect as a group on what we discovered
Sessions will be recorded, so that participants who can’t attend a session live can still benefit from the material. Please do your best to attend all four sessions, though, so you can get the full value of this program!
By learning about fun service projects, finding your core values, and telling a story about your life purpose—in the company of other people who are stretching their capacities and stories about who they are, what they can do in the world—you’ll find clear next steps and a path towards doing projects and work in the world that you deeply enjoy.

Program Leaders

Mary Bajorek
I believe in creating a world where all of us are doing work that is an expression of who we are and the impact we want to make. A world where each of us lives meaningfully, courageously and unapologetically in connection with each other and ourselves.
Through my work as a work life coach at Lifeworthloving Coaching, I have guided dozens of people from all over the world in a myriad of professions to gain clarity on what’s important to them, work through external and internal blocks and make choices that lead them to share their gifts in a way that best supports both them and what the world needs.
I love people, facilitating transformative experiences through creative forms and seeing each other as learners.

I’m an extremely online pilgrim wandering this precious world for the benefit of all beings. 💗
I live a simple life, dedicating my life to being of service, supported by the generosity of others.
I have three main endeavors: spreading love, following my curiosity, and empowering others.
It brings me tremendous joy to see people deeply, to help move them towards giving their deepest gifts to the world, and to watch the benefits compound and ripple out.
